  At this point I am giving them 1 star because 0 stars isn't an option. We came in and spent over $600. I do business with local businesses because their customer service is usually much better than large companies. Within a few weeks of purchase my sofa broke on one end. We are two average size people with one toddler. My husband is a full time grad student and works full time at Potsdam Hospital, so he is very rarely home. When I contacted them about the sofa I got the run around from an associate named Guy. We originally worked with Tobee at the store. He was great and told us they stand by their product. We would like to return the couch since it is obviously not a good quality piece of furniture. They refuse to return and after over a week of conversation they have finally offered us store credit. We got the sofa on a $299 special and paid $50 for delivery (we only live 3 miles away, the delivery men were here for under 5 minutes). Guy is now telling me that they will not come get the sofa, that I will have to rent something big enough for the sofa to return it (keep in mind, it'd be me and a toddler somehow bringing it?), and that they have no couches for $299. He could order me the same (terrible quality) couch but we'd be sitting on the floor for 6 weeks. I don't even know where to begin with this business. So either we're stuck with a broken couch (that we bought a month ago) or I'm stuck renting a UHaul, hiring someone to come move the couch into it, spending $300 more to get another couch or sitting on the floor for 6 weeks. I want this couch picked up and I want my money back. I'm not sure who I need to speak to to make that happen, but I am seeing red after the terrible customer service I've received and the refusal to take back a defective product.
